Jennifer Rein, LICSW

I am an experienced clinician and have been in clinical practice for more than 15 years. For the past 10 years I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults coping with chronic medical disease. I also have extensive experience treating parents. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy coupled with Motivational Interviewing. I am most interested in providing a safe, respectful environment for patients and families. I practice holistically and incorporate mindfulness and spirituality.

For many years I have worked extensively with children and young adults who have been diagnosed with Type 1 (insulin dependent) diabetes and other Endocrine disorders. Through this work, I have completed research in depression and chronic disease. I have also worked extensively to support my patients as they transition to successful adult lives.

I look forward to meeting new patients and families and hope that I can offer hope for a bright, healthy future!
